Return Period
You may return defective or damaged products within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Defective or Damaged Products

Repairs and Shipping

Limited Warranty
Repair coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
Terms for Reserved Products
- Reserved products must be paid for or collected within 1 to 2 months.
- If the customer does not complete the payment or collect the product within this timeframe, the amount paid will be forfeited, and the agreement will be considered closed with no right to claim.
